I am an Industrial Engineer with a MS in Applied Mathematics and a PhD in Biomechanics. I currently work as a Professor at the University of Vigo. My research interests focus on the use of the Finite Element Method to solve complex nonlinear problems, in particular in the topics of bone remodelling and thermoelastic models. Apart from the academic research, I am interested in programming and optimization.
